Maddy Room Facility Features The Maddy Room is a medium-sized room suitable for meetings of up to 40-60 people. The floor is linoleum, making it the perfect room for children's parties and informal meetings. Available sink and counter-top space, a pull-down screen, and an analog phone line for modem access to the Internet are included amenities. In addition, the room is convenient to coffee service and concessions at the lower fountain area. Capacity ~ 40/60 Rental rate: $85/hour* *2 hour minimum; Add $20 for alcohol Ask about Huntington Beach resident and non-profit discounts.
