Directions/Parking Get directions from MapQuest Important Parking Instructions When parking in the Banning parking lot in front of the signs that say Library Parking Only be sure to enter the Library and pick up a one day parking pass and take it to your car and put it in a visible place on the dash of the car right after you park and then return to the Library for your book browsing. | |||||||

Storytimes Preschool Storytime (for ages 3 years old to 5 years old): Thursdays 10:00 am until 10:30 am, 11:00 am until 11:30 am this is a repeat of 10 am show. Grandparent Storytime: All ages are invited Thursdays 2:30 pm till 3:00 pm Homework Assistance All ages are invited to our Homework Assistance Program: Tuesdays from 3 pm to 5 pm during the school year. Book Sale We have an ongoing book sale and donations of hardback and paperback books are accepted. Computer and Internet We have a personal computer with internet access available to the public for free for one hour if they are a Huntington Beach resident and have a current Library Card (there is a fee of 15 cents per page for printing). We also have another personal computer that has a fee of $3.00 per hour with a fee of 15 cents per page for printing (on this computer it is not necessary to be a Huntington Beach resident or have a Library card). Reading Programs In the winter we usually have a six week long reading program for children ages 2-12 sponsered by the In And Out Restaurant. In the Summer there is also another Reading program that is 8 weeks long for Children ages 3-12 sponsored by many local Restaurants that begins in June after the local schools are closed for summer. Photocopier & Typewriter We have a photocopy machine that has a fee of 20 cents per copy, and we have a Swintec 7000 coin operated typewriter available to the public that has a fee of 25 cents for 20 minutes. |
