Job Openings

The Library always welcomes applications for Library Pages. These part-time employees are responsible for checking books in and out, re-shelving books, and other basic library tasks. Applications are available at the Central Library Reception Desk or online.

Completed applications will be kept on file for use when openings occur.

Most other full- or part-time positions are filled through the City of Huntington Beach Human Resources Department.

Security Personnel (Part Time)

The Central Library has a new job kiosk available in the careers reference area to browse and apply to Orange County Register job listings.

The library also has many books and magazines available for job seekers.
